"upcoming project"

today I got together with Desiree, Christina and Sarah for my first meeting with them about our new project. we're all getting together to make a magazine that we hope to eventually print :)

met at starbucks on astor and there were various creepy highlights. that place is creep city. we were freaked out by 3 different men all while sitting there just trying to chat and have a coffee. the first one was the most memorable. a drunk dude, who smelled terribly like underarm and was probably homeless all of a sudden comes barging in and he's like "excuse me ladies, i was outside and i just had to come in to tell you all i've been watching and wow...you're all fucking hot!". i was scared. then he was like 'you are breakfast' (points to des), 'you are lunch' (christina), 'you are dinner' (sarah) and to me he goes "and you.....*pause* you are dessert!"

after a couple more drunken rants he ended our brief (and strange) encounter with "alright you edible ladies, stay appetizing!"

highlight. total highlight.

I forgot how much I love Des' personality :) she's super funny and loves to laugh. she laughs at me. i love when people laugh at the stupid crap I say or do, hehe.

i'm excited to begin work!!! we all are very serious and business oriented, so it looks good.

now I'm gonna go eat something, unwind a little, watch my novela and then sleep. it's been a good week, I can't complain!
