ahhh. I feel great this morning. for the first time in a while, I've been having amazingly restful sleep and I just woke up not too long ago (it's (6:45 am!) feeling thankful and rejuvenated. I went to bed at around 12 am after eating dinner and taking a couple of Tylenol PMs just so I can balance my sleep pattern. I'm a natural night owl, so it takes some effort to get my waking up time to be 6:45 am as opposed to it being my sleep time.
it might sound funny to others, but I'm really thankful that I feel this good when I wake up. in the last 2 years of my life, sleep went from being an energizing and peaceful way of "recharging my batteries" to something dreadful full of nightmares, uncomfortable rolling over and a mixture of conscious/subconscious thoughts that kept me up. so needless to say, now that I'm having a FULL night's sleep, without those conscious/subconscious messages making me roll around, I'm feeling so much better.
My mind is focused on positivity and new beginnings and my body is catching up with that.
I'm so excited.
Good morning, indeed.
